Courage and Spark®
a brief history

Founded in 2010 by Peter Bluckert, Courage and Spark® was set up to bring Immersive, experiential leadership developmental programmes and in-depth executive coaching to current senior executives and next-generation emerging leaders. In the ten years since then, more than 1,000 leaders from a wide range of organisations and across four continents have attended the programme and received personalised coaching.

Throughout this period our main client groups have been global business corporations, public-sector organisations, and not-for-profits. Whilst we remain committed to these sectors, we have now extended our work into two additional spaces. The first of these is the SME sector where the full range of our work is available to support smaller organisations. Secondly, we now offer group facilitation and coaching support to social action campaign groups, alliances and coalitions in the fields of environmental and ecological regeneration, and social justice.

Courage and Spark® follows in the footprints of Peter’s previous consultancies - Colosseum Change Management (1992-1999), a Gestalt-based organisation development consultancy; and Peter Bluckert Coaching (1999-2010), an executive coaching and coach training company that trained several thousand internal and external coaches and also specialised in developing coaching cultures.
