signature programme

Our signature leadership development programme delivered in-company and as an open enrolment offering is one of the few vertical leadership development programmes in the world right now. When it’s run in a workshop environment there is the option of a single residential 5-day format or two shorter workshops (a three-day followed a few months later by a two-day). It is now available as a virtual programme delivered online following a similar programme design and using the same approach.

Our unique methodology, grounded in a Gestalt approach to vertical growth, has been honed over many years of delivering leadership and professional development learning experiences to leaders throughout the world and across a diverse range of cultures and organisational sectors.
